By accessing or using the pk64 platform, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between pk64 and its members. pk64 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

• The support team will respond to complaints within 72 hours.
• If unresolved, the matter will be referred to a neutral third party for mediation.
• Pk64's system logs and records shall be treated as conclusive evidence in the resolution of any dispute.
• Pk64 is not liable for any winnings or losses resulting from technical faults in the gaming system.
